We provide training courses for process management, process mapping and
Value Stream Manager software. Courses provide information from the
instructor as well as exercises to reinforce concepts and ensure
understandability. All courses are available on-site, minimizing need
for travel and other expenses related to off-site training. Each student
will receive a workbook. We can also train-the-trainer. Our trainers have
years of experience in industry to provide you with practical information.
